Welcome to Meowtopia: Zodiac Merge (“the Game”), a mobile game developed by RTTR Studio. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is suitable for a general audience and intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you must use the Game under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

2. Use of the Game

You agree to use the Game only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify any part of the Game.

• Use unauthorized tools such as bots or cheats.

• Disrupt the experience of other players or interfere with our servers.

3. Account and Display Name

• If the Game allows you to create an account or display name (username), you are responsible for ensuring that your display name does not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.

• We reserve the right to hide, modify, or reset any display name that is considered sensitive, offensive, or in violation of community standards or applicable laws. 

• In severe cases, your account functionality related to social features or leaderboards may be limited.

4 In-App Purchases (IAP)

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (IAPs), such as virtual currency or items. All purchases:

• Are optional and non-essential for gameplay.

• Are final and non-refundable unless required by law or store policy.

• Users under 18 must have parental permission to make purchases.

5. Ads and Third-Party Services

The Game may display advertisements and use third-party services for analytics and ad delivery (e.g., Unity Ads, AdMob, IronSource). Some ads in the Game, such as rewarded ads, are optional and shown only when users voluntarily choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards.

6. Privacy & Children

We care about your privacy. We collect minimal data, primarily for gameplay, app functionality, and improvement.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you believe we might have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at contact@meowtopia.rttrstudio.com, and we will promptly delete it.

For Parents:

The game is designed to be safe and fun for all ages. We do not collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and would like to request data deletion for your child, please reach out via email.

7. Game Progress and Data

Game progress is typically saved locally or linked to your platform account (if applicable). We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device issues, reinstallation, or deletion without backup.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the Game or these Terms occasionally to improve functionality or meet legal requirements. Updates will be made available in-app or through the app store. Continued use of the Game implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
While we strive to offer a stable experience, we do not guarantee that the Game will always function without errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any issues such as:

• Software bugs or glitches

• Server outages or connectivity issues

• Loss of progress due to device problems or user actions

• Unused in-app purchases resulting from uninstalls or technical errors

Your use of the Game is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to characters, graphics, music, and code, is the property of RTTR Studio or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Game without written permission.
